| The Southern California Edison Agricultural Technology Application Center (AGTAC) in Tulare is providing the public with the knowledge and tools to increase energy efficiency at no cost. The Tool Lending Library at the AGTAC can provide assistance on a variety of energy related matters and the tools can help with testing, troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and analyzing system performance. Some examples of tools that are available include digital meters, data loggers, and temperature and humidity sensors and tools can typically be borrowed up to a month.
