Asthma: What You Should Know handout
The American Lung Association of the East Bay and their partners, along with Oakland Kicks Asthma, developed a two-page handout that includes information about the basics of asthma. The handout includes the following information: what asthma is, who has it, symptoms and warning signs, triggers, asthma management, what happens in the lungs, and how to manage an attack. This handout was last updated in 2006. For more information contact Adam Davis at the American Lung Association of the East Bay at 510-893-5474, ext.304 or via e-mail at adavis@alaebay.org.
