Tulare Asthma Coalition uses newspaper ads to raise awareness of asthma, flag program (1 of 3)
In the summer of 2005, the Tulare Asthma Coalition designed and published several 'asthma advertisements' to raise the public's awareness of asthma and highlight various techniques individuals can do to gain better control of their asthma. The ads were also used to highlight the use of the coalition's air quality flag program.

There were five full page ads, one per month. Each was designed by members of the coalition. Since running the ads, members of the public have called and attended coalition meetings. Other partners who were already aware of the coalition commented on how much they like the ads and to "keep up the good work".

One of the ads is available for downloading below. Other ads can be found by searching for "Tulare Ads".
