This Asthma Action Plan was developed by the Regional Asthma Management and Prevention (RAMP) Initiative in 2001. It is available in four languages-- English, Spanish, Chinese, and Vietnamese-- and comes in color, triplicate. Over 250,000 have been distributed to date.
