| CAFA Initiative Archive of Tools by Grantees for Asthma Advocacy, Media Projects, and Materials for Environmental Education and Local Interventions |
The CAFA State Coordinating Office has posted an organized list of projects produced by CAFA grantees at the local, regional, and state level between 2002 and July 18, 2005.; the list was finalized and formatted August 11, 2005 for the upcoming CAFA "Case Studies Book" project.
Each of the projects is available as a resource posting (i.e., file attachment you can download for free) on this website on the "Resources" pages. However, for your convenience, click on the hyperlink appearing next to (or immediately below) the title of each project in the file attached (downloaded from hyperlink below) and you will be directed immediately to the tool/media resource of interest.
The CAFA State Coordinating Office continues to augment this list, and thus will keep users informed of the most current version.
