| The California Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) recently released an instructional video to help teach child daycare providers the proper use of inhalers and nebulizers, devices that dispense asthma medications. EMSA is the state agency responsible for ensuring that child care workers are properly trained in first aid and CPR.
