| The American Lung Association of California has launched the largest on-line directory of public flu vaccination clinics in the United States at http://www.flucliniclocator.org. The Flu Clinic Locator is an on-line resource that enables individuals to find the most convenient place to get their flu shot. The locator includes more than 40,000 clinic locations across the country, searchable by ZIP code. People in higher risk categories, such as those with chronic health conditions like asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), are at an increased risk for complications from influenza and should be immunized every year. |
