| The California Asthma Public Health Initiative (CAPHI) seeks a Health Educator, based in Sacramento, to develop, implement, coordinate and evaluate community, county, regional and statewide asthma health education and promotion activities that support CAPHI funded projects and initiatives. Duties include: providing health education leadership and technical assistance to CAPHI funded projects and activities; providing leadership in the development and evaluation of educational trainings and promotional activities/campaigns and materials in support of CAPHI-funded projects; and preparing and editing reports, publications, and supportive materials as required for effective asthma program planning, implementation and evaluation. A BA/BS degree in public health, public policy, or any related field is required and a Master’s degree is preferred.
