| The National Asthma Educator Certification Board (NAECB) has supported the asthma education certification since the exam was first offered in September 2002. As part of the success of the Board, the Nominating Committee must ensure that each director position is filled and must develop and present a list of nominees to the entire Board for a vote. The NAECB is looking for assistance in identifying individuals that would be an asset to the Board of Directors. Individuals must be able and willing to serve on the Board of Directors, be dedicated to quality in asthma education, and must submit a completed application packet. The Board is looking for healthcare professionals and other individuals interested/involved in asthma education and is in particular need of a registered nurse, a registered respiratory therapist, and a 1000-hour asthma educator.
