State, railroads agree on ways to reduce pollution
"State air regulators [California Air Resources Board] said Friday that they reached an agreement with two railroads [Union Pacific Railroad and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway] to eliminate 20 percent of pollution at rail yards."
