The conference will kick off on Wednesday, October 6th with an evening reception at the National Center for Primary Care Auditorium at the Morehouse School of Medicine. Dr. David Satcher, Director of the National Center for Primary Care and the 16th Surgeon General of the United States will be the opening keynote speaker.
