Marketing Asthma-Friendly Schools Webinar

| The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is hosting a free webinar on May 20th from 3-4pm (Eastern Time) on the topic of Marketing Asthma-Friendly Schools. The webinar will highlight a new CDC toolkit, Initiating Change: Creating an Asthma-Friendly School, which was developed to help asthma champions at the district and school levels persuade people in their schools and communities of the importance of asthma-friendly schools. The cornerstone of the toolkit is a 13-minute video on Creating an Asthma-Friendly School, which features real-life success stories of students who now have their asthma under control thanks to their schools’ implementation of asthma-friendly policies and programs.
